It's a party. It's a celebration. It's a Badger Carnival.

When the Carnival returns home for the winter, do most of the carnies rent apartments or sleep under the Big Top?

This week the Carnival of the Badger was hosted by The World According to Nick, who apparently has The Plague or SARS or something really nasty like The Uncommon Wisconsin Cold. Fortunately it does not appear to be contagious just by checking out his website.
