Whereas: The school board has failed to provide any public leadership in the academic or financial direction of the future of the school district,
Whereas: The administration of the school district and the school board have ceded control to the teachers union by failing to hold the teachers accountable to standards of academic achievement, failing to demand that they share the district's financial burdens, and failing to even have it's teachers spend more than the bare minimum of time in the classroom,
Resolved: The Waukesha School District, having proven itself incapable of self-government, should be dissolved.
