Questions regarding Newcomer's business dealings

Courtesy of Bill Christofferson, we've learned Eye on Wisconsin is doing at least a two-part look at the financial dealings of Scott Newcomer. Christofferson writes,
The lawsuit was brought by someone who had bought a home inspection business franchise from him for $250,000 but realized the business was not as profitable as Newcomer had led them to believe.

The Court of Appeals found evidence the Newcomers had made misrepresentations to the buyers before the sale. For example, inconsistencies in documents suggested the Newcomers had altered data given to the prospective purchasers to make the business appear more profitable.
Eye on Wisconsin:
If these are the kinds of judgments being made by Scott Newcomer in business, should voters not wonder if he is suited to help run our state government? Does the Republican Party of Wisconsin really want to put up a candidate whose name is mentioned in the same sentence as the words “misrepresentation” and “violated…statute”?
