(which was a larger dollar increase than he experienced from 2003-2004).For the record, my property taxes went down. I'm now only paying an extremely outrageous amount instead of the extremely obscene level before.
His assessment did not change from 2004 to 2005 and his property taxes got jacked up more than three percent under the freeze.
