My property tax bill gives me a warm fuzzy feeling

Brian Fraley, typing like a madman over at Boots and Sabers, discovers State Democrat Party Chairman Joe Wineke may be celebrating Jim Doyle's "tax freeze" on the outside but he's paying for it on the inside.
Joe Wineke used to live at that address. And taxes for that property increased $138.88, an increase of 3.35% this year. (which was a larger dollar increase than he experienced from 2003-2004).

His assessment did not change from 2004 to 2005 and his property taxes got jacked up more than three percent under the freeze.

Say it ain’t so, Joe?
For the record, my property taxes went down. I'm now only paying an extremely outrageous amount instead of the extremely obscene level before.
