Activist group protests at a State Senator's home

I'm not going to go into too much detail about State Senator Cathy Stepp being confronted at her home by the radical Voces de la Frontera, since at this time too much is not known. Were they trespassing? Were they yelling threats and/or obscenities? Or were they marching along the sidewalk doing the hippy-dippy protest chants?

If their efforts were to change her from a swing vote on driver's licenses for illegal immigrants to having a firm opinion, they certainly succeeded.
However, driver’s licenses are privileges for people who obey the law. Anyone here illegally is, by definition, not obeying the law. Like it or not, the driver’s license has become a person’s ticket to legitimacy in America.

When I took the oath of office, I swore to uphold the laws of our state and our country. I will side with the legal citizens and taxpayers of Wisconsin with my vote of support for the bill.
And that, my friends, is why you don't protest at a politician's home.
