Mayor Ray Nagin announced Thursday that large parts of the city will reopen next week, and the historic French Quarter the week after that. "The city of New Orleans will start to breathe again," he said.Whether that will eventually include the Mayor and his family is an open question. Mayor Nagin was one of the first out of the city and has now bought a home in Dallas.
Some people lead, some people follow, some people just move.
