Who is going to use Terri Schiavo?

A Republican staffer writes a memo nad gets canned amid an uproar. Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean announces his intention to "use" Terri Schiavo's death and you can hear the crickets chirping. Now Doonesbury is actually using the death of the poor woman to try and make light of Tom Delay. This is completely sick, but where is the outrage?
