People wonder why I go out of my way to insult soccer. I explain to them I don't have to go out of my way; there's something stupid about soccer occurring on a daily basis.
In Milan, Italy, passions got so out of hand for such a boring sport they started throwing flares onto the field. (link via Drudge) This is now so common Sports Illustrated put as it's headline,
"Inter-Milan match ends in chaos: Angry fans throw flares onto pitch; Chelsea advances."
We're worried about thuggery in the NBA???
