Hint: use a fresh garbage bag

Not so sure my sister-in-law would use this method, but my single friends with waaaayyy to much time on their hands (consulting?) might try this:
Bakers use humidity to raise their bread. Here's a home version that will cause your family to look at you funny: Warm a heating pad. Take large plastic garbage bag, rinse inside with hot water. Place loaves in damp bag on top of heating pad. Blow air into bag until it expands, then tie shut. Place reading lamp over bag. Allow loaves to rise for 45 min. Ignore looks from family.
I have this vision of a bicycle pump and a six pack of beer getting used in this process.
