Some people will think Scott Walker caved, but here's the real situation. If he didn't give them the ballots I guarantee at least one polling place would have run out of ballots intentionally. The Democrats would then have gotten a court order to keep the polls open past 8:00pm in their areas. They still will try to do this, but it's going to be harder for them to make their claims when they have three ballots for every voter. At least there will be some accounting afterwards - not that it will do much good.
