The rules are pretty simple. Look for government vehicles that do not belong to the Madison Police Department, the Dane County Sheriffs, or the state patrol, write down the license plate numbers, and then match the license plates with the bingo card. Five in a row across, down, or diagonal, and you win. You can use the numbers on the top or the side. It's that easy.
