Zero the Polar Bear is not moving until he gets a martini

For this week’s Friday afternoon cocktail, we drink a toast to Zero the Polar Bear. Zero literally went off the edge when he heard the Milwaukee County Board wanted to triple the county sales tax. Fortunately there was a net below, so Zero is now enjoying the cooling weather and an unusual amount of attention for this time of year.
