Shawn Turschak of Chapel Hill was tired of someone stealing McCain-Palin campaign signs from his yard. Turschak, with a degree in electrical engineering, hooked up a third sign to a power source for an electric pet fence Monday and also put up a surveillance camera.
The News & Observer of Raleigh reported that a 9-year-old boy with an Obama-Biden sign grabbed the McCain-Palin sign and got a jolt on Tuesday.
That's right. We're zapping with electricity a nine-year-old boy playing a harmless prank. I'm surprised the homeowner didn't come out and taser the kid. What is the lesson learned by the kid other than there's a psychotic electrical engineer that happens to be a Republican?
Maybe next time the idiot should really crank up the voltage and test it himself. I bet when his yard signs get stolen he calls 911 and then calls the campaign and demands they replace them the same day.
(For goodness' sake, do you know how many Bill Kramer signs I have,..., I mean, do you know how many Bill Kramer signs I know someone has in their garage from two years ago?)
