Unfortunately, this crime may be coming to a neighborhood near you. Although judging from the report this has been mostly happening downtown. If it's happening in downtown Waukesha late at night, how hard can catching these people be? There's maybe two or three businesses open past 7:00 PM. How many cars are driving through?
