Somehow my magic blog was labeled as spam, and I don't mean the pork product. Everytime I wanted to post, I was asked to type in an annoying word verification that I could never get right on the first, second or third try. I was ready to migrate my blog and turn this place into a porn site. Supposedly some human being at Blogger has verified that I am the one and only James Wigderson and this problem has gone away. We'll see for how long.
In the meantime, anyone hungry for Spam Hash?
1 can, Spam, Treet or other canned meat
2 medium potatoes (or 1 can of whole potatoes)
1 medium onion
oil
salt and pepper
Directions
Dice the meat, potatoes and onions. The smaller you cut them will determine how fast they cook. Fry in the oil, starting with the raw potatoes because they take longer, then the onions, and then the meat. Salt and pepper to taste.
