Jim Rowen complains about the impractical, gas-guzzing fleet of cars owned and operated by SEWPRC.
I see Jim's point, but let's ask a more fundamental one. Why do they have a fleet of vehicles at all? Get them two trucks for hauling around equipment and reimburse the rest for mileage. Then it's their problem what they drive.
Of course, the taxpayers could just get rid of SEWPRC altogether.
