Before tonight's results, Jim Rowen predicted State Supreme Court Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson will run for re-election. Now that Gableman has set the precedent of knocking off an incumbent justice, I gotta think the stakes have just been raised for Abrahamson. Suddenly retirement and an academic career might not look so bad.
