As I type this the Brewers are winning 7-0 at Miller Park. It's retro-1982 uniform night tonight. I noticed that time the Milwaukee Brewers have hit a home run, the television broadcast did not show Bernie Brewer going down the slide. Probably because in 1982 Bernie had a reason to go down the slide - a giant beer mug was waiting for him.My six-year-old still doesn't get the slide, proving he's smarter than the adults who don't want the beer mug.
