Attention Gingrich groupies

Here's an event I'm looking forward to. The Wisconsin Club for Growth is announcing former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich is coming to town June 15th.
The Wisconsin Club for Growth announced Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich will headline several Club events on June 15, 2007 including a lunch at the University Club in Milwaukee and a grassroots rally at the Country Springs Hotel in Pewaukee {Why go anywhere else? - JW}.

“We are honored to welcome one of the brightest minds in American politics back to
Wisconsin,” said Club President Butch Johnson. “Newt Gingrich is undeniably one of the greatest conservative thinkers of our time.”

Gingrich is well-known as the architect of the “Contract with America”, which led the
Republican Party to victory in 1994, capturing the majority in the U.S. House for the first time in forty years. Under his leadership, Congress passed welfare reform, the first balanced budget in a generation, and the first series of tax cuts in sixteen years. He is the founder of the Center for Health Transformation and a senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute. Gingrich has a Ph.D. in history. He is a best-selling author and a contributor for the Fox News Channel.
As more details (prices, event times) come along I'll be happy to pass them along. In the meantime, dust off that Newt memorabilia and get it ready to be autographed. And yes, I'll be the first in line.
