There's no rest for the politically weary. At stake very shortly will be the direction of the state supreme court. Justice Jon Wilcox is not running for re-election, and running to replace him are disco-diva Linda Clifford and Washington County Circuit Judge Annette Ziegler.
(BTW: The Capital Times has its numbers wrong. The total expenditure was less than $200,000 unless you count legal fees, and only $85k was spent on the mailing.)
