Who would've thought State Representative Mark Pocan (D-Caucus scandal) would emerge as a Democratic spokesperson for reform? His version of reform is to ask the taxpayers to fully fund political campaigns.
Of course, the taxpayers of Wisconsin will sincerely wonder why they should be taxed to fund political campaigns they may completely disagree with. Here's an experiment. Walk down the street, grab somebody's wallet, take $20 out and then say it's to fund your favorite politician's campaign. I'm sure they'll understand.
