Racine County Sheriff using county resources to campaign

Fred at Real Debate has exposed yet another Democratic official that can't play by the rules.

Well the picture you are looking at it is the Sheriff's county issued vehicle parked on the side of Sunnyslope Road talking to condo residents about his election bid.

An observant citizen stopped and asked the Sheriff about it and was basically told to mind his own business because the Sheriff lived close by. The Sheriff then got in the car with his daughters and drove away. Why is the Sheriff driving his daughters around in a county car doing campaign work?
