Drink early, drink often, drink after the gates are closed

Madison will charge admission for State Street for Halloween, but buying tickets in advance does not guarantee you will be able to get in. There's a capacity cap of 80,000 people and that includes the people who won't need tickets because they'll be drinking before 7:00pm. Oh, turns out the 80,000 cap isn't a hard cap, either. If a smaller crowd doesn't make the fire marshall "feel safe" then he can limit access at a lower number, too.

Gosh, I hope the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's expert on partying and puking gets there early. I'd hate to miss a graphic description of the party.
