Terri McCormick and the gang that couldn't shoot straight forgot to file with the state elections board she is not running for re-election. As a result, the state election board has to keep the nomination signature petition process open in her district for another 72 hours.
Probably no harm done, as there are three Republicans and one Democrat already declared.
Update! McCormick's staff told the Appleton Post-Crescent they filed the paperwork July 1st, but offered no explanation why they were late.
Maybe she couldn't afford the stamp to mail it in?
