Speaking of blogs, I think it's safe to say Owen, Wigderson and GOP3 did more to advance the cause of the TPA than Americans for Prosperity or WMC did...I would say the bill-pushing would've been easier had there been one bill (like the original) for everyone to get behind and the legislative leadership wouldn't have tried to wash their hands of the issue. The final "bar time amendment" passed by the Assembly looked so silly, weak and ineffectual, it looked like a Bill Clinton response to a terrorist attack.
Hopefully, under Governor Mark Green we'll see better results.
