This will not go over well

This is one of those nights I'm glad I live in Waukesha. This is not good news.
A jury acquitted three white former police officers on four charges, but deadlocked on a charge against one of them Friday night, in the severe beating of a biracial man outside a Bay View house party.

Prosecutors claimed the three beat Frank Jude Jr. in the early morning hours of Oct. 24, 2004, because they thought he stole a badge.

Police in riot gear were deployed outside the Milwaukee County Courthouse just before the verdict in the three-week trial.
Police Chief Nan Haggerty is expected to give a statement soon.
