Doyle signs bill toughening laws on drunk driving

Absolute sobriety under age 21, if someone under 16 is in the car the penalty goes up to $400 and four points.

Little known clauses in the bill:
If the intoxication was the result of drinking 10% or more corn ethanol, a member of the state legislature will front your bail money.

Drunk driving in a state vehicle punishable by free campaign commercials by your opponents.

Bloggers will be frisked, and the officer won't be pretty.
