I bet this kid got reindeer droppings for Christmas

Apparently Santa needs the "nice" list, the "naughty" list, and the "restraining order" list. Some kid, instead of shooting his eye out, tried shooting Santa's instead.

A 13-year-old boy in Washington was charged with of shooting a mall Santa. The boy used a BB gun and shot from the second floor of the mall. The man was struck just under the eye but did not suffer any injuries and was able to continue to work.

Unfortunately the story doesn't say if it was a Red Ryder BB gun.
