Interestingly, The Lake Country Reporter is also reporting the Town of Delafield - Town Highway Superintendent Donald Roberts denying that candidate Jack Perry tried to start a fight with him.
"Jack Perry never mentioned the word fight. I don't believe he threatened to fight me," Robert said in a weekend interview.
"...{Town Supervisor Pete} Van Horn, in a letter to the editor of Lake Country Publications last week, said Perry "threatened to physically fight our new town highway superintendent at a Town Board meeting and again immediately after the meeting."
Van Horn cited the incident as a reason why he will not vote for Perry in the primary election."
