Apparently UW Madtown is going to require, "companies that produce officially-licensed university apparel to purchase 25% of their goods from factories that allow their workers to unionize." With a thwap of his tail on the water, he translates for us,

The University of Wisconsin-Madison announced today that it will require companies that produce officially licensed university apparel to inflate their costs of production and, in an effort to compete on price, offer substandard products.

Well, it kinda goes with the education, no?
