John Gard vs. Sykes and Belling

Assembly Speaker John Gard (R-Ethanol) made the rounds today to speak with radio talk show hosts Charlie Sykes and Mark Belling regarding the proposed repeal of the automatic increase in the gas tax every April 1st. Gard did not have a good time. Patrick at Badger Blogger has it all.
