Clintonian hot air

One of Jonah Goldberg's correspondents decided to sit through a speech by Former President Clinton last night. Among the highlights,
2. He said that many people ask him how we should handle jobs being outsourced. He said the US should create new jobs and this could be done by switching the country from using fossil fuels to wind power. He claimed that more than enough jobs would be created for those whose jobs went overseas.
Is it just me, or should the former President avoid anything having to do with the word, "blow"?

President Clinton also indicated during the Q&A "that one of the hardest parts of his 8 years was not being able to find bin Laden although his administration looked desperately for him." At least he waited until the end before showing the bad taste to tell this joke.
