Indentured servitude may be extended

The Associated Press is reporting the NCAA is considering a plan to extend the college football season by another game to 12 starting with the 2006 season. The NCAA management council has approved the plan, and now it goes to the NCAA Board of Directors when it meets April 28. No word yet if the NCAA will ever consider what kind of compensation should be given to the players for helping to generate millions of dollars in extra revenue for the universities, not to mention the television networks.
