Does beer cheese soup with a chaser count?

High taxes driving you to drink? You're not alone. Associated Press reports the Harvard School of Public Health and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Wisconsin led 40 states from which data was reviewed with 26.3 percent of adults admitting to binge drinking, while Michigan was second at 18.5 percent.

Sadly, our college kids are only #2. What's wrong with kids today?
The report defined binge drinking in the general populace as five or more drinks on a single occasion within the last 30 days, while binge drinking for college students was defined as five or more drinks for males and four or more for females within the last 30 days.
Heck, that's only one quarter of an NBA game.
