The Milwaukee Common Council, apparently with no understanding of economics or even basic mathmatics, voted unanimously to raise the minimum wage. Such is the level of discourse in Milwaukee it is only a matter of time before the Common Council and the mayor sacrifice a goat in an effort to improve the economic condition of the city. It would be as logical and would have less harmful results. Heck, throw in a few chickens, too.
