Dumb: Welch, who voted against Miller Park.
Dumber: Michels, who's daughter apparently has more influence over her Dad than Amy Carter had over Jimmy. Why is everyone picking on you?
Dumbest: Russ Darrow, must have inhaled the radiator coolant.
