Hot market

It didn't take long, but the value of a Mark Belling bobblehead has skyrocketed. Yesterday, we did a short blog item noting the somebody was selling a Belling bobblehead on eBay. At that point, the collector's item was attracting little interest, with a top bid of about 10 bucks.

Today, after mentions on a few blogs and an on-air Belling rant, the price has skyrocketed to $167.50.

Try, try again

Blogger Brian Christianson is trying to dig himself out of a hole for having slammed Milwaukee the other day. The GOP strategist, who apparently doesn't do much business in Brew Town, just posted an apology that included a reference to a local eatery that Christianson says makes the "best sandwiches in town."

Too bad the Tamarack closed its doors eight years and three owners ago.
Spivak and Bice: writing nothing of substance about blogs so you don't have to read their column.
