The undecided 18 percent

Scott Rasmussen looks at the number of people who say they will not change their minds about the November election and discovers the battle is really for eighteen percent.

"...thirty-nine percent of voters are certain to vote for Barack Obama, forty-three percent are certain to vote for John McCain. That leaves eighteen percent of voters in the potential swing vote category."
