Sad news in the world of beer brewing. Bill Leinenkugel of the Leinenkugel brands of beer has passed away at age 87.
Those of us from the heydey of UW-Milwaukee's campus newspapers will remember long and occasionally friendly arguments in the Gasthaus over politics between the editors of The UWM Times and The UWM Post. The one thing both newspapers agreed upon was the choice of Leinenkugel beer.
