(I realize I'm completely ahead of myself here, but I'm inspired by the wonderfully fascist-sounding One Wisconsin Now's pursuit of Justice Ziegler. I'm sure they're getting ready to attack the Butler case with similar vigor.)
If the complaint against Justice Butler moves to a trial, will they be able to find a judge in Wisconsin for the case?
Will they need to move the trial to Illinois?
Is Mike Maistleman, election lawyer for the Democratic stars, licensed in Illinois?
If he's busy, will Justice Butler hire Gary George as his attorney?
