The city of Waukesha continues it's dominance of the Cheddarsphere in bloggers per capita. Even the Mayor is finally in on the act. However, you have to sign the contract to read the Mayor's controversial words of wisdom:
Mayor's Blog DisclaimerIn other words, you can't fight City Hall. But think about how useful this disclaimer is. Whenever Mayor Nelson speaks, the audience should sign a disclaimer to the effect:

Now, those of us who have lived under the rule of Nelson may think the above conditions a bit of a distortion, but it's his disclaimer. Given his predecessor's behavior, you can see how the wording of the disclaimer came to be.
