What's all that screaming?

I sense a great disturbance in the Force, as if millions of voices cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced.

Congratulations to former Assembly Speaker Scott Jensen and his family for his appeals victory today.
The 4th District Court of Appeals ruled that Dane County Circuit Judge Steven Ebert erroneously excluded Jensen's testimony about his understanding of the use of state resources for campaigns by other legislators. The court said that testimony was relevant to Jensen's intent.

The appeals court also found that a jury instruction was improper.

Jensen, 47, was convicted of directing taxpayer-funded aides to campaign for Assembly Republicans on state time during the 1998 and 2000 election cycles.

He was charged in 2002 in a secret investigation into corruption at the state Capitol. Five lawmakers were convicted in the scandal, which shook Wisconsin politics
.
Update!I found this post from Rick Esenberg at the time of Jensen's conviction. Worth reading again.
