From Packers.com:
The Cowboys did the bulk of their damage in a dismal first half, building up a 15-0 advantage via five Chris Boniol field goals.

Meanwhile, the Packers' offensive struggled, being required to punt following every first half possession. Their late touchdown, by way of a Brett Favre pass to rookie wideout Derrick Mayes in the right corner of the end zone, actually matched the Texans' second half point production, which consisted of two more Boniol field goals, enabling them to depart the premises with a 21-6 victory.

Boniol's seven-field goal effort, incidentally, tied an NFL record, set by the St. Louis Cardinals' Jim Bakken in 1967 and tied by Rich Karlis of the Minnesota Vikings in 1989.
