One Wisconsin Now has launched a new web site to help oppose the continuing delays in the state budget process. It’s called Stop the Excuses, and readers are invited to speculate about the next excuse Assembly Speaker Huebsch will have for not compromising on the budget.I agree we should stop the excuses. So when the obstructionist Democrats stop insisting on hiking Wisconsin's taxes through the roof and remove the tax increases from the table, we should pass the budget as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, last year's budget is working just fine.
