I'm sure the teachers and police are overreacting to the news that a student held a knife to the throat of another student at Vincent High Schoolin Milwaukee because they were arguing over a boy.

A 17-year-old girl was arrested at Vincent High School Monday after police say she held a large knife to the throat of a younger schoolmate.

The girl is accused of approaching a 14-year-old whom she'd been feuding with over a boy, holding the knife with an 8-inch blade to her throat and threatening to stab her, said Anne E. Schwartz, Milwaukee Police Department spokeswoman.

No, no girls fought over me like that when I graduated from there over 20 years ago. But it was a much nicer school then.
