Badger Blogger gets the poop on the DNR doing a little goose dropping dumping into a stormwater drain instead of properly disposing of them.
I predict the DNR will give themselves a pass, and then announce a crackdown on private companies that improperly dispose of bird waste.
Because you know if the DNR caught someone else doing this there would be a real s--tstorm.
