A common problem is people taking aluminum cans out of the blue recycle bins, a violation of city ordinance. Police warned a couple yesterday to not dig through recycle bins that were left out on Cedar Lane, south of Northview Road.
Other events include calls for a raccoon in a home, a car fire, two food fights and a mother and daughter who were warned not to argue with each other on a city bus. They promised to make nice to each other.
