This was so shockingly brilliant from Brian Fraley that I'm thinking of printing it and having it framed to hang in my garage:

When confronted with two home improvement jobs and only enough time to do one, choose the one that requires the purchase of a new tool.

Of course, I'll have to buy a new hammer and some nails.
